Posted by Mark Sisson on March 27, 2019 09:29:00 Mental health experts are saying that while we know there are ways to deal with symptoms of depression, there are also ways to not have them.
In a new book, The Mental Health Revolution, author and psychologist Susan Solomon says that if you’ve been feeling anxious or depressed, you should talk to a mental health professional and tell them about your feelings.
You can also talk to your friends and family members to see if they’re experiencing the same symptoms.
Solomon says you can be sure of what symptoms you have when you talk to someone.
“You don’t want to go to the doctor because you’re concerned about your health.
You want to get your mental health checked and see what’s going on.
It may not be the same as what you’re experiencing, but it is a very real possibility,” Solomon said.
The Mental Health Rebellion is a book that is aimed at people who feel anxious or depression, but they don’t know they have it, and want to talk to somebody.
The title of the book is The Mental Haul: How to Survive Depression and Anxiety and Embrace Your Success.
Solomon said she wants to give people a voice in how they feel.
You should never get discouraged or feel like you can’t cope.
It’s very important to have that sense of self-worth.
We are all resilient.
So we need to take time to understand and work through what’s happening to us and what we can do about it,” Solomon told ABC News.
Solomon said that for people who have had depression or have anxiety, she thinks that the best way to deal is to seek help.
She said, “It’s important to find out how you are feeling and what is happening in your life.
There are many things that we can try to change, and we can also get support.
The best way is to talk about your anxiety and depression with someone who knows about them.
“Solomon says her book is meant for people of all ages and backgrounds.
It’s also aimed at older people who may be struggling with depression or depression and anxiety.
Solomon also said that her book should not be used to diagnose people.
She said, “”If someone has a diagnosis, I think it’s important that they have the information they need before they make any decisions about treatment.
I would encourage anyone who’s having symptoms of mental illness or depression to seek professional help.
If they do seek treatment, I would recommend a mental healthcare professional.”
Solomons book is available now.
It is available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
